1.) Calculate the unemployment rate using the following information below.  

Unemployment Rate Formula: (Unemployed/Labor Force) x 100

In July 2012, Florida's labor force was equal to 9269459 and the number of unemployed workers was equal to 816063. Show your work. Keep in mind that you never round up the unemployment rate.

1.) What is the current unemployment rate in the United States as of August 2018? (Hint: Scroll down the web page and look on the right hand side to see the current unemployment rate.) 

2.) Scroll down the web page and click on Unemployment Rate under Latest Numbers located on the right hand side. Then click on Employment Situation Summary at the top located under the Table of Contents. Read the Employment Situation Summary and provide a four paragraph summary by only including facts from the summary. Do not include any personal opinions in your summary. Make sure that each paragraph includes five sentences each.
