Getting Help with Canvas

You can get help with Canvas by using the Help menu. The Help menu generates a list of resources to help you with Canvas, such as how to search Canvas Documentation and report a problem.

To access the help options, click on the Help icon located on the left side navigation.

24/7 Canvas Help Available

SCF subscribes for 24/7 Canvas Chat support.  This is a great resource that available anytime you have a question. To access the Canvas Chat support, just select "Chat with Canvas Support" from the Help menu.

Search the Guides

Canvas has an extensive collection of tutorials for students. Under the Help Icon on the left, select Search the Canvas Guides. There are video or printed guides available to explain all Canvas functions.
